How do I access my billing history or invoices?
You can access your billing history and PDF invoices directly from our app on the Settings > Billing page.Your billing history and invoices are also sent to you via email and in case of need they can be resent to you.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the 'Subscription' or 'Account Settings' section in your account. Your service access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Visit the 'Subscription' or 'Account Settings' section in your account dashboard to make changes.
