Corma at Brevo: SaaS Management & IAM

Q: What are your key tasks where Corma helps you?

A: At Brevo, Corma streamlines external onboarding, giving contractors and partners quick, secure access to the tools they need. Finally, it automates internal offboarding, so we can instantly revoke access when employees leave. This eliminates security gaps and saves hours of manual work.

Corma is also essential for managing shadow IT, ensuring only approved apps are used across the company.

Q: How does Corma help you in your day-to-day job?

A: Corma gives us real-time visibility into SaaS usage, so we can spot unapproved apps and work with security to address risks. The automated offboarding process means no more orphaned accounts or forgotten licenses. Recently, their external user access reviews have helped us keep permissions up to date, making compliance and security effortless.

Q: Can you provide some results?

A: We’ve identified and remediated dozens of unapproved apps that posed compliance or security risks. Corma also helped us cut unnecessary license costs by highlighting underused tools. Most importantly, we’ve eliminated manual offboarding errors, ensuring no ex-employee retains access to sensitive systems.

💡In the last 3 months alone, Corma automated over 70 on- and offboardings.

Q: How will Corma change the way you work in 2026?

A: We’re excited about new app integration and also the latest partnership our ITSM Siit to automate more workflows, like access requests. Wider app coverage will give us full visibility into our SaaS stack, while new automations will free up IT to focus on strategic projects. The goal is to turn IT from a support function into a strategic driver for the business.

Q: What was your experience working with Corma?

A: The Corma team has been responsive and collaborative, tailoring solutions to our scale and needs. They’ve quickly addressed our feedback for example the adding of external user reviews.‍
