We’re excited to share that Corma has been included in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms (SMP). This is a major milestone for our team and for the growing SaaS management market in Europe. The Gartner Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms focuses on this specific market, providing analysis and rankings for enterprise IT, procurement, and SAM teams.

This recognition places Corma among a highly selected group of global software vendors vendors and, we’re proud to have the following distinctions as part of the report’s finding:

  • The only French company recognised in the report: Highlights the region’s growing role in SaaS innovation and signals broader recognition of French technology leadership.
  • One of just three European vendors included overall: With most vendors based in the U.S., there’s  limited representation of European platforms in global SaaS management and, Corma proud to help lead the charge.
  • The only vendor focused entirely on the global midmarket: Most existing solutions are build for large enterprises. Midmarket organisations face unique challenges, limited resources, fragmented tools which necessitate a tailored solution.

Corma is the youngest company featured in a Gartner Magic Quadrant and outperformed many older players becoming instantly a leading SaaS Management platform, some of which did not make it on the Quadrant. For us, this recognition validates both our drive and ambition to offer the best solution to mid-size companies. Gartner's research organization is the authoritative source behind the Magic Quadrant, providing trusted analysis for SaaS management platforms Tom Cipolla and management platforms Tom Cipolla.

SaaS Sprawl, Cyber Risk, and the Midmarket Blind Spots. Why SaaS Complexity Demands a New Approach?

“Through 2027, organizations that fail to centrally manage SaaS life cycles will remain five times more susceptible to a cyberincident or data loss, due to incomplete visibility into SaaS usage and configuration.” - Gartner

The 2025 Gartner report outlines what many IT, finance, and procurement leaders already know firsthand: managing SaaS across the organization has become increasingly difficult. As adoption scales, so do hidden risks and inefficiencies. The main challenges organizations face in SaaS management are overspend, elevated risk, lack of visibility, which can severely impact operational efficiency.

At the same time, cost control is slipping. Without centralized coordination, companies are set to lead to overspend, elevated risk, and lack of visibility on SaaS by at least 25 percent, often due to unused entitlements and unnecessary, overlapping tools. The market itself continues to expand rapidly—projected to reach 232 billion dollars in 2024, up from 197 billion in 2023—making it all the more urgent to establish control before inefficiencies scale further. The growing adoption of AI tools within SaaS applications adds another layer of complexity, increasing the need for platforms that can manage AI-powered software securely and efficiently.

It has been a long time since this was only a problem for very large enterprises. Midmarket organisations with lean (or non-existent) IT teams, limited procurement infrastructure, and fast growth are even more vulnerable. These organizations are particularly exposed to risk, lack of visibility, and the challenges of managing both SaaS and AI environments. Corma was built to support these companies to provide them with a smart and simple solution for all the use cases they need. By addressing visibility and contract sprawl, Corma helps midmarket organizations gain control over their SaaS landscape and reduce unnecessary costs.

Industry Recognition

The 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms stands as a key industry benchmark, highlighting the most recognized vendors in the rapidly evolving field of SaaS management. As organizations face the compounding challenges of SaaS application management and the growing impact of generative AI usage across the business, the need for robust SaaS management platforms has never been greater. Gartner research publications consist of the considered opinions of Gartner’s research organization, providing valuable guidance for technology users and SaaS management tool buyers seeking to navigate this complex landscape.

The Magic Quadrant for SaaS management evaluates only those vendors that meet Gartner’s rigorous criteria, ensuring that technology users have access to a curated list of recognized vendors. This process helps leaders identify suitable vendors based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision—two key criteria that are essential for addressing the challenges of SaaS application management, including risk assessment, contract sprawl, and SaaS spend optimization. The report underscores the importance of centralizing SaaS application management to reduce risk, prevent overspend, and maintain clear SaaS management goals.

For organizations looking to optimize their software spend and manage SaaS licenses effectively, the Magic Quadrant provides a valuable resource. It emphasizes the necessity of a separate SaaS management tool to address the compounding challenges of SaaS, such as limited visibility, overlapping tools, and elevated risk. The 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant also highlights the importance of a realistic project scope and the ability to adapt to generative AI usage across the business.

Gartner Peer Insights content offers individual end-user perspectives, but the larger research document—the Gartner document—should be reviewed in its entirety for a comprehensive understanding. The insights provided by the report’s authors—Tom Cipolla, Dan Wilson, and Lina Al Dana—offer a deep dive into the evolving needs of technology providers and the importance of dedicated tools for managing SaaS spend and usage. As organizations continue to centralize SaaS application management, the Magic Quadrant remains a trusted resource for evaluating vendors based on key criteria and empowering organizations to address the compounding challenges of SaaS management.

In summary, the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SaaS Management Platforms is an essential guide for technology users and SaaS management tool buyers. By leveraging the research publications and recommendations within the quadrant for SaaS management, organizations can make informed decisions, reduce risk, and ensure their SaaS management platforms empower them to meet the demands of today’s dynamic business environment.

Europe at heart, international from outset

Many existing software management platforms are designed for large American enterprise buyers. We are different.

CEO and founder of Corma, Héloïse Rozès, reflected on the Gartner recognition as a meaningful validation of the company’s mission. “The recognition by Gartner means were are onto something. When we started Corma, we had a clear vision: to help companies take back control of their software. Today, that mission is more relevant than ever. With software and AI exploding and new regulation coming in, the complexity is skyrocketing. The need for smart, simple IT Governance, including automated Saas Management, is no longer optional—it’s essential” she said.

What Comes Next

Corma's inclusion in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant is just a step forward. We are continuing to invest in helping mid-size companies take control of their SaaS environments with simplicity, visibility, and security built in from day one.

Today we will make a moment to celebrate. But we got big goals and many things to do in order to build the best SaaS Management Platform out there. Stay tuned!
